所謂的996是996工作制是指早上9點(diǎn)上班、晚上9點(diǎn)下班,中午和傍晚休息1小時(shí)(或不到),總計(jì)工作10小時(shí)以上,并且一周工作6天的工作制度,代表著中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)盛行的加班文化,是一種違反《中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)法》的工作制度。
而“996.ICU”意為“工作
