1、Good morning, everybody. My speech topic is 3. What are Your Understanding and Practices of Group Work?
作為一名小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師,讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)感興趣,能學(xué)好英語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)老師的渴望。我們每位英語(yǔ)教師至少都帶有三個(gè)教學(xué)班,在這種情況下,小組合作顯得尤為重要,而且在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中最適合實(shí)施“小組合作”式的教學(xué)模式, 其實(shí)在課堂教學(xué)中我們經(jīng)常要讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行Pairwork(2個(gè)人),Groupwork(6個(gè)人)等形式的小組合作,它既能培養(yǎng)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,又能最大限度的減輕教師的教學(xué)負(fù)擔(dān),我們

在我的教學(xué)中,我是這樣做的: 將全班學(xué)生重新搭配成10個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組,每個(gè)小組有6名同學(xué),每個(gè)小組推選一名能力強(qiáng),學(xué)習(xí)好的同學(xué)任小組長(zhǎng)。在小組長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下,互相幫助,通過(guò)互相提問(wèn)、領(lǐng)讀、聽(tīng)寫(xiě)、檢查等多種方式實(shí)現(xiàn)共同進(jìn)步。并且,組與組之間互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng),表現(xiàn)好的小組可得到獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)物 。
