301 銷(xiāo)盤(pán)式高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),銷(xiāo)盤(pán)式,高溫,高速,摩擦,磨擦,磨損,試驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要I摘 要高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)是進(jìn)行高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)的有效設(shè)備，廣泛運(yùn)用于對(duì)各種高速刀具的高溫摩擦磨損性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試和評(píng)價(jià)，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用的必備設(shè)備。本論文介紹了摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的基本知識(shí)和國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況，對(duì)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的分類(lèi)和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，介紹了銷(xiāo)盤(pán)式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的原理。之后對(duì)于銷(xiāo)盤(pán)式高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)給出了四種不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案，并對(duì)這四種方案進(jìn)行了分析比較，得到了較為合理的一種方案。并且根據(jù)這種較為合理方案對(duì)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的整體機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，用 ProE 軟件完成試驗(yàn)機(jī)的三維總裝圖。最后得到了整個(gè)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的二維裝配圖和摩擦盤(pán)、摩擦銷(xiāo)等重要組成部件的裝配圖。關(guān)鍵詞 摩擦磨損；試驗(yàn)機(jī)；機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)；ProEIIABSTRCSTIIIABSTRACTHigh-temperature high-speed friction and wear testing machine is a effective equipment for the high-temperature high-speed friction and wear testing , and it is widely used for various high-speed tools for the friction and wear properties of high-temperature test and evaluation .It is a essential equipment for the research , development and application of new type of high-speed cutting tool materials.The basic knowledge of the friction and wear testing machine and the development at home and abroad are introduced in this paper,and the classification and characteristics of the friction and wear testing machine are also analysed ,and the principle of a kind of dowel-on-disc type friction and wear testing machine is also introduced. Then four different design options of the overall structure of the high temperature high-speed owel-on-disc type friction and wear testing machine are given , then a more reasonable option is got after the analysing and comparing of the four options. And the relevant calculations and structural designs of the testing machine's overall mechanical structure are based on this options . The ProE software is used to complete the testing machine’s 3D assembly plans . Finally the 2D assembly of the testing machine and friction disc, friction dowel, and other important components of the assembly are also drawn.Keywords: friction and wear ; testing machine ; mechanical structure ; ProE
