摘 要
夾具是現在生產制造業(yè)加工非標零件的重要工具，也是機床上不可或缺的一部分。制造業(yè)涉及的行業(yè)比較的多，零件的外形和構造也是千變萬化，很多通用夾具逐步的退出了歷史的舞臺。所以，針對不同的零件設計配套的夾具是非常有價值的。
本次設計的題目是轉子泵泵體工藝及回轉式鉆孔夾具設計，依據任務書需要設計鉆削6XФ13孔回轉式專用夾具。
設計之初通過資料的查閱，了解和掌握夾具的定位、夾緊原理，對其研究現狀有了充分的認識。本次設計的主要內容有：對零件結構的分析，確定零件的制造形式，繪制零件圖和毛坯圖；然后對每一個步進行計算，確定切削用量，編寫加工工藝過程卡和加工工序卡；確定加工工序的定位方案和夾緊方案，選擇定位元件和夾緊元件等，對其定位誤差進行分析；繪制夾具裝配圖及所有非標零件圖；撰寫設計說明書，對本次設計進行總結。
通過上面的設計、分析和計算，圓滿的完成了本次畢業(yè)設計的所有任務，在鞏固大學所學知識的同時，還為自己步入社會夯實基礎。

ABSTRACT
Fixture is now manufacturing manufacturing non-standard parts of the important tools, but also an integral part of the machine. Manufacturing industry involved in the comparison of many parts of the shape and structure is ever-changing, a lot of common fixture gradually out of the stage of history. Therefore, for different parts designed to support the fixture is very valuable.
The design of the subject is the rotor pump body technology and rotary drilling fixture design, according to the task book needs to design drilling 6XФ13 hole rotary special fixture.
At the beginning of the design, through the data access, understand and grasp the fixture positioning, clamping principle, the status of their research have a full understanding. The design of the main contents are: the analysis of the parts structure to determine the parts of the manufacturing form, drawing parts drawings and rough plans; and then for each step to calculate to determine the amount of cutting, the preparation process and process card processing card; Positioning process and positioning of the clamping program, select the positioning components and clamping components, the positioning error analysis; drawing fixture assembly drawings and all non-standard parts drawings; write a design specification, the design of this summary.
Through the above design, analysis and calculation, the successful completion of all the tasks of this graduation project, in consolidating the knowledge learned at the same time, but also for their own into the community to reinforce the foundation.
