本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；其次看是否需要側(cè)抽，如需要，選擇合適的側(cè)抽機(jī)構(gòu)，確定其工作原理；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
