Paper simply introduces the design background of entire equipment, the feature of structure, the technical performance and the market prospect and so on first. It has highlighted the superiority in processing the surface of tall and slender round steel member outer annulus .This equipment works in milling, but the non-traditional turning way. The automaticity of processing is high, and product surface of processed workpiece is good. It has filled the blank domestically in this equipment development. As a important part of the round steel outer annulus milling equipment. The paper introduced the feeding mechanisms unique way of feeding table traveling and locating. It analyses the design and the structure technology capability of the main spare parts. In order to cause the explanation to be convenient and imaginable.
