摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)課題為“全自動(dòng)單標(biāo)直線貼標(biāo)機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì)”。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)全世界用于灌裝的各種容器已經(jīng)多達(dá)3030億個(gè)，而其中71%是玻璃瓶。我國(guó)是世界上玻璃瓶使用比例最多的國(guó)家，占全球總量的55%以上。再加之近年來我國(guó)釀造技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的人工貼標(biāo)簽的方式必將不能滿足需要，所以近些年來，國(guó)內(nèi)眾多廠家積極引進(jìn)國(guó)外成套釀造生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和先進(jìn)技術(shù)，使我國(guó)全自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)有了很大的發(fā)展空間。 設(shè)計(jì)此食用油瓶貼標(biāo)機(jī)，要求在滿足自動(dòng)分瓶、送標(biāo)帶、同步分離標(biāo)簽，標(biāo)貼情況下，使貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定、可靠、高效。 其中著重針對(duì)于單標(biāo)真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓式直線貼標(biāo)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及貼標(biāo)方式進(jìn)行改進(jìn)、分析與設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)其主要傳動(dòng)部分進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)度校核。了解和掌握全自動(dòng)單標(biāo)直線貼標(biāo)機(jī)在實(shí)際使用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，在進(jìn)行理論分析和計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)全自動(dòng)單標(biāo)直線貼標(biāo)機(jī)供標(biāo)裝置涂膠裝置進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，并對(duì)其貼標(biāo)精度不足的問題提出具體可行的解決方案。
通過整個(gè)總體設(shè)計(jì)，我熟練的使用CAD,Solidworks等繪圖軟件設(shè)計(jì)分析，優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，縮短設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間，對(duì)總體設(shè)計(jì)的整體構(gòu)思有了更為深刻全面的了解。

Abstract
This design topic is “Automatic straight line labeling machine for single label——overall design”. Mainly of single label drum vacuum line labeler to the structure and labeling methods to improve the analysis and design, and transmission parts of the main program design and strength check. Understanding and knowledge of standard single-line automatic labeling machines actually used in the course of problems in theoretical analysis The important position of the wheel gear and shaft can't falter in traditional machine and modern machinesThe passing to process to make them can is divided into many model numbers, useding for many situations respectively.So we must be the multilayers to the understanding of the wheel gear and shaft in many ways , and calculated based on the standard single-line automatic labeling machines for the standard device to improve the labeling system, and gelatinize fixture of its lack of specific and feasible solutions.
Through the whole design process,the design for analysis software including CAD,Solidworks and so on,Usething these soft wares optimizes the parameters cutsdown the design time and makes the process efficient.I learned the more knowledge of the whole design.
