摘 要
錘片式粉碎機是轉子在高速旋轉工況下工作的機械,如其他高速旋轉機械一樣,存在靜態(tài)不平衡問題,也存在旋轉工況下的動態(tài)不平衡問題,這不可避免地要在運轉產生振動和噪聲,從而對粉碎機的安裝基礎、自身結構、使用性能(能耗、效率)及工環(huán)境帶來不利影響。根據(jù)動靜平衡原理,采用了改變錘片的在軸上的布置方式,將原來的非對稱式改為較易建立動靜平衡的對稱交錯排列,并運用了傳統(tǒng)的平衡校驗方法對改進后的轉子進行了驗算,從而建立了基本上的動靜平衡??紤]了不平衡量大小和不平衡位置對轉子系統(tǒng)振動的影響;校核了結構的強度,得到了機座結構的靜剛度值和動剛度值。分析結果表明不平衡度對整機的震動和強度有較大影響。應用機械優(yōu)化設計理論,探討了利用動靜平衡原理進行結構動態(tài)優(yōu)化設計,優(yōu)化效果比較顯著;最后針對影響錘片式機動態(tài)特性的其它因素,提出了減振措施。
所得結論為粉碎機產品的減振降噪設計以及轉子的動靜平衡校驗提供理論依據(jù)時,通過對錘片式粉碎機結構動態(tài)優(yōu)化設計方法的研究,為今后相似類型旋轉機械的優(yōu)化設計提供一個工程參考。

Abstract
Hammer mill is a high-speed rotation of rotor operating conditions in the work of machinery, like other high-speed rotating machinery, the existence of static imbalance, but also the dynamics of rotating unbalanced conditions, which inevitably arise in the operation vibration and noise, so the installed base of the mill, its own structure, the use of performance (energy efficiency) and a negative impact on work environment. Basically, in order to set up the static and dynamic balance. Taking into account the size and imbalance unbalance location of the vibration of rotor system; check the structural strength, by the base structure of the value of static stiffness and dynamic stiffness values. Analysis of results showed that the imbalance of the whole intensity of the shock and have a greater impact. Application of mechanical optimal design theory, to explore the use of static and dynamic balance between the principle of dynamic optimization of structural design and optimization of a significant effect; final hammer against the impact of the dynamic characteristics of machines and other factors, the measures proposed by the vibration.
The conclusions for the mill products, as well as noise and vibration reduction design of static and dynamic balance of rotor check and provide a theoretical basis, through the hammer mill on the structural dynamic optimization design study for future similar to the type of optimum design of rotating machinery to provide a reference works.
