摘 要
本文的課題是支架的沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了落料—沖孔復(fù)合模及折彎單工序模兩套模具的設(shè)計(jì)。文中簡(jiǎn)要概述了選題的目的、意義、沖壓件國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和模具市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)工藝分析和工藝方案的確定。按照沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟,計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)了這兩套模具上的主要零部件。落料—沖孔復(fù)合模采用四導(dǎo)柱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架,折彎模采用中間導(dǎo)柱圓形標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架并選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。此外,最后達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的模具沖壓工藝方案合理,模具結(jié)構(gòu)型式正確。保證了工件上孔和外形的相對(duì)位置的準(zhǔn)確性,提高了加工精度。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)行可靠和沖壓產(chǎn)品大批量生產(chǎn)的要求。并且通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有知識(shí)表達(dá)方法及其存在的問(wèn)題、以及沖壓模具智能化設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)的分析,提出了基于XML (eXtensible Markup Language)語(yǔ)言的知識(shí)表達(dá)與應(yīng)用方法。在設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)重用理論及概念模型的基礎(chǔ)上,研究分析了沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)階段知識(shí)重用的方法,建立了設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)重用的層次與模型,并分析提出了在CAD、KM和CBR技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的知識(shí)重用的方法

Abstract
Topic of this paper is the stent stamping process and die design, carried out blanking - punching and bending modulus composite single-mode sets the mold design process. This paper briefly outlines the purpose, significance, stamping mold market situation and development trend of domestic and international topics. The product was analyzed to determine the detailed processes and process solutions. Following the general procedure of stamping die design, calculation and design of the main components of these two sets of mold. Blanking - Punching Compound Die four-pillar standard mold, bending mold using the middle pillar round standard mold and selected the appropriate stamping equipment. In addition, the final design of the mold stamping process to reach reasonable solutions, mold structure type is correct. Ensuring the accuracy of the relative position of the holes and the shape of the workpiece, to improve the machining accuracy. Such a structure designed to ensure reliable operation and stamping mold work product requirements of mass production. And the analysis of existing knowledge representation and its problems, as well as intelligent stamping die design features, the proposed method is based on knowledge representation and application of XML (eXtensible Markup Language) language. Knowledge reuse in design theory and conceptual model, based on research and analysis of the various stages of stamping die design knowledge reuse method to establish the level of design knowledge reuse and model, and analyzes presented in CAD, KM and CBR technology, based on how the way to achieve knowledge reuse throughout the design process
