摘 要
根據(jù)大功率低速船用柴油機(jī)曲軸轉(zhuǎn)子—軸承系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,研究了動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、各個(gè)組成部分的功能、動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)應(yīng)具有的性能等問(wèn)題,最后,成功研制出一臺(tái)動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)可用于研究系統(tǒng)的時(shí)間響應(yīng)、頻率響應(yīng)、軸心軌跡,檢測(cè)氣缸內(nèi)的壓力變化規(guī)律,控制曲軸的轉(zhuǎn)速和氣缸內(nèi)的壓力等。
對(duì)該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)中的曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)主要零部件進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并對(duì)曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的理論分析。
首先,以運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的理論知識(shí)為依據(jù),對(duì)曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律以及在運(yùn)動(dòng)中的受力等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳盡的分析,并得到了精確的分析結(jié)果。其次分別對(duì)活塞組、連桿組以及曲軸進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度的校核。

Abstract
