鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆作為一種輕小型起重設(shè)備,廣泛用于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,而國內(nèi)鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆近幾年的發(fā)展卻十分緩慢。上世紀(jì)60年代到70年代初,我國從前蘇聯(lián)引進(jìn)了Tv型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆,70年代初我國自行設(shè)計(jì)了CD1型鋼絲繩電動(dòng) 葫蘆取代Tv型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆,至目前為止CD1型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)制造、使用已達(dá)30多年的歷史。其間,曾有一些廠家引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)制造技術(shù),但均未獲得廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用。鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆技術(shù)水平在國內(nèi)發(fā)展遲緩,其原因是多方面的,國內(nèi)鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、制造水平及配套的機(jī)械、電氣及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)較低,近20年來,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì),許多國營企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)制初期不可能將大量的資金投入到產(chǎn)品開發(fā)上, CD1型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆目前仍有一定的市場占有率。近年來,國外的鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆技術(shù)水平發(fā)展很快。隨著我國加入WTO,外資企業(yè)紛紛打進(jìn)中國市場,國外鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆對(duì)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品的沖擊將越來越大。國內(nèi)低價(jià)、低檔次的產(chǎn)品,已不再有廣泛的市場,用戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的性價(jià)比越來越重視。所以,國內(nèi)鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆如不很快地適應(yīng)國內(nèi)、國際市場的要求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代,將很快被淘汰。
CD1型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆能在國內(nèi)市場使用近30多年,有其成功的方面,但是在其使用過程也暴露了一些亟待改進(jìn)的不足。
小車上機(jī)構(gòu)的布置及同一機(jī)構(gòu)中各零件間的配合要求適當(dāng),起升機(jī)構(gòu)和小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)二者之間的距離不應(yīng)太小,否則維修不便,或造成小車架難以設(shè)計(jì);但也不應(yīng)太大,否則小車就不緊湊。 小車車輪的輪壓分布要求均勻。且要求獲得最小的車輪、軸及軸承箱的尺寸,并且使起重機(jī)橋架主梁上受到均勻的載荷。一般最大輪壓不應(yīng)超過平均輪壓的20%。小車架上的機(jī)構(gòu)與小車架配合要恰當(dāng)。在設(shè)計(jì)原則上,要以機(jī)構(gòu)為主,盡量用小車去配合機(jī)構(gòu);同時(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)的布置也要盡量使鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)制造方便。因?yàn)樾≤嚰苁菫榱税仓门c支承起升機(jī)構(gòu)和小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的,所以小車架要按照起升和運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的要求設(shè)計(jì),但在不影響機(jī)構(gòu)工作的前提下,機(jī)構(gòu)的布置也應(yīng)配合小車架的設(shè)計(jì),使其構(gòu)造簡單、合理和便于制造。
電動(dòng)葫蘆的工作原理是:先啟動(dòng)起升電動(dòng)機(jī),把重物起升到適當(dāng)?shù)母叨?,再啟?dòng)運(yùn)行電動(dòng)機(jī)把重物運(yùn)到指定的位置,運(yùn)行小車在單工字鋼梁的下緣行走。行走時(shí)采用一個(gè)電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)運(yùn)行小車兩邊的車輪。由于行走速度比較小,因此運(yùn)行小車一般不設(shè)制動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。運(yùn)行小車在行走時(shí),為防止重物下降,在起升機(jī)構(gòu)上設(shè)置了一個(gè)電磁制動(dòng)器。制動(dòng)是依靠彈簧的壓力把內(nèi)、外盤壓緊,原理與摩擦離合器相似,松開時(shí)利用電磁鐵通電以后吸住外盤而使內(nèi)、外盤松開。電磁制動(dòng)器的電路與起升電機(jī)的電路并聯(lián),因此只要起升電機(jī)一啟動(dòng),電磁制動(dòng)器松開,使重物上、下升降自如;當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)閉時(shí),則電磁制動(dòng)器也斷電,電磁吸引力消失,在彈簧的壓力作用下,內(nèi)外盤緊緊壓住,起到制動(dòng)的作用。
電動(dòng)葫蘆的跑車機(jī)構(gòu)也稱為運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu),即行走小車的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)行走小車結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí)我們應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮多個(gè)因素,必須力求滿足以下幾方面要求:
a 小車與工字鋼橫梁的配合要恰當(dāng)。小車與工字鋼橫梁的互相配合,主要在于:小車軌距(車輪中心平面間的水平距離)和工字鋼上的小車軌距應(yīng)相同;其次在于:小車上的緩沖器與橋架上的擋鐵位置要配合好,小車上的撞尺和工字鋼上的行程限位開關(guān)要配合恰當(dāng)。小車的平面布置應(yīng)緊湊,高度要小,相應(yīng)地可使起重機(jī)的高度減小,從而降低了廠房建筑物的高度。
