一、設(shè)計(jì)目的
通過(guò)機(jī)床主運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)械變速傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)得結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),在擬定傳動(dòng)和變速的結(jié)構(gòu)方案過(guò)程中,得到設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思、方案分析、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性、機(jī)械制圖、零件計(jì)算、編寫技術(shù)文件和查閱技術(shù)資料等方面的綜合訓(xùn)練,樹立正確的設(shè)計(jì)思想,掌握基本的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并具有初步的結(jié)構(gòu)分析、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算能力。
二、設(shè)計(jì)步驟
1.運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)

從電動(dòng)機(jī)到主軸主要為降速傳動(dòng),若使傳動(dòng)副較多的傳動(dòng)組放在較接近電動(dòng)機(jī)處可使小尺寸零件多些,大尺寸零件少些,節(jié)省材料,也就是滿足傳動(dòng)副前多后少的原則,因此取方案。在降速傳動(dòng)中,防止齒輪直徑過(guò)大而使徑向尺寸常限制最小傳動(dòng)比 ;在升速時(shí)為防止產(chǎn)生過(guò)大的噪音和震動(dòng)常限制最大轉(zhuǎn)速比。在主傳動(dòng)鏈任一傳動(dòng)組的最大變速范圍。在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)必須保證中間傳動(dòng)軸的變速范圍最小,
根據(jù)中間傳動(dòng)軸變速范圍小的原則選擇結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)。從而確定結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)如下:

⑴選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)
一般車床若無(wú)特殊要求,多采用Y系列封閉式三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī),根據(jù)原則條件選擇Y-132M-4型Y系列籠式三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。
⑵分配總降速傳動(dòng)比

又電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速
不符合轉(zhuǎn)速數(shù)列標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因而增加一定比傳動(dòng)副。

⑷確定各級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速并繪制轉(zhuǎn)速圖

1400、1000、710、500、355、250、180、125、90、63、45、31.5r/min。
在五根軸中,除去電動(dòng)機(jī)軸,其余四軸按傳動(dòng)順序依次設(shè)為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。Ⅰ與Ⅱ、Ⅱ與Ⅲ、Ⅲ與Ⅳ軸之間的傳動(dòng)組分別設(shè)為a、b、c?,F(xiàn)由Ⅳ(主軸)開始,確定Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ軸的轉(zhuǎn)速:

三、總結(jié)
