摘 要
汽車離合器位于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和變速箱之間的飛輪殼內(nèi),用螺釘將離合器總成固定在飛輪的后平面上,離合器的輸出軸就是變速箱的輸入軸。
離合器是汽車傳動(dòng)系中的重要部分,在機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系中是作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的總成而存在的,它是汽車傳動(dòng)系中直接與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)相連接的總成,對(duì)汽車的性能起著重要的作用。此次設(shè)計(jì)離合器是主要目的是利用傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,學(xué)習(xí)傳統(tǒng)方法中的基本步驟,了解設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,把學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)綜合的運(yùn)用到設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,從而更堅(jiān)實(shí)的掌握學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)。
離合器設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要包括壓盤總成、從動(dòng)盤總成、膜片彈簧三個(gè)部分。首先,對(duì)離合器各零件的參數(shù)、尺寸、材料、及結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),然后用Auto CAD工程圖。
本文主要是對(duì)轎車的膜片式彈簧離合器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)車輛使用條件和車輛參數(shù),按照離合器系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)步驟和要求,主要進(jìn)行了以下工作:選擇相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)主要為:摩擦片外徑的確定,離合器后備系數(shù)的確定,單位壓力的確定。并進(jìn)行了總成設(shè)計(jì)主要為:分離裝置的設(shè)計(jì)(包括分離軸承、分離套筒等),以及從動(dòng)盤設(shè)計(jì)包括從動(dòng)片設(shè)計(jì)和從動(dòng)盤轂設(shè)計(jì),主動(dòng)部分的設(shè)計(jì),包括壓盤、離合器蓋設(shè)計(jì)、彈性傳動(dòng)片設(shè)計(jì),其中離合器蓋的設(shè)計(jì)只是簡(jiǎn)單的設(shè)計(jì),操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)是大體上計(jì)算出踏板的行程、踏板力,是否符合人體工程學(xué)要求。扭轉(zhuǎn)減震器中的螺旋彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)。還重點(diǎn)研究了膜片彈簧在分離過(guò)程中的受力,對(duì)受力過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)分析,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行校核,以提高膜片彈簧離合器的使用壽命,使膜片彈簧離合器在工作過(guò)程中處于最佳狀態(tài)。

ABSTRACT
Automobile Clutch in the engine and gearbox between the flywheel shell, with screw will be fixed in the clutch assembly after the plane of the flywheel, clutch gearbox output shaft is the input shaft。
Automobile clutch is an important part of the power train of the car ,it plays an important role. The main purpose of this design is using traditional methods to learn the basic steps, comprehending the design process, using the learned knowledge to the design process, thus a more solid grasp of the knowledge learned.
There are three main parts of the clutch design: driven disc design, diaphragm-spring design and the driving disc design. Firstly, this paper calculates the parameters, and chooses sizes and materials for the clutch’s parts. Then draw the three-dimension-blueprint of the assembly and components. Finally transforms the three-dimension-blueprint into Auto CAD engineering plat.
This paper is a car diaphragm spring clutch design. In accordance with the conditions of vehicles and vehicle parameters, in accordance with the clutch system design steps and requirements for the following main tasks: choosing the main design parameters are: the determination of friction plate diameter, back-up clutch coefficient determination unit to determine the pressure. And designed primarily for the assembly: the design of separation devices (including the separation of bearings, sleeve separation, etc.), as well as the follower plate follower piece design includes the design and the design of the driven wheel disc, part of the design of the initiative, including the pressure plate, Clutch cover design, flexible drive chip design, which covered the design of the clutch is a simple design, is designed to manipulate the whole body out of the trip pedal, pedal power, with the ergonomic requirements. To reverse the shock absorber of the coil spring design.This paper also studies force exerted on diaphragm in the process of separation, and analyzing the process mathematically, then examines and calculates relative parameter. In conclusion, the design will prolong the lifetime of diaphragm-spring clutch, and makes the clutch in best state when it’s working.
