摘 要
本設計的題目為變壓器墊板沖壓工藝及模具設計,體現了薄板類沖裁零件的要求、內容及方向,有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計,進一步加強了本人沖壓模設計的基礎知識,為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取更深刻的經驗。
本設計運用沖壓成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識,首先分析了沖裁件的沖壓工藝性,為確定沖裁工藝方案做好了準備;然后計算沖裁力和模具刃口尺寸,便于選取壓力機及確定工作零件的尺寸和結構;最后分析了制件的特征,確定模具的設計參數、設計要點及推件裝置的選取。
本沖裁件上孔為規(guī)則形狀的孔,為了便于沖孔凸模的加工,所以在設計時把沖孔凸模設計成直通式,然后,將其鉚接在凸模固定板上。此外,該制件的尺寸較大,為保證凹模的加工精度,在設計時應將其設計成凹模組件。為了方便制件的取出,本副模具采用倒裝結構形式,同時,為了簡化模具結構采用彈性推件裝置。
