摘 要
汽車作為人類的代步工具,在生活中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。汽車傳動系是汽車的核心組成部分。其任務(wù)是調(diào)節(jié)變換發(fā)動機(jī)的性能,將動力有效而經(jīng)濟(jì)地傳至驅(qū)動車輪,以滿足汽車的使用要求。變速器是完成傳動系任務(wù)的重要部件,也是決定整車性能的主要部件之一。它用來改變發(fā)動機(jī)傳到驅(qū)動輪上的轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速。目的是在各種工作狀況下,使汽車獲得不同的牽引力和速度。從而使汽車擁有良好的動力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。而且,變速器的結(jié)構(gòu)要求對汽車換擋操縱的可靠性與輕便性、傳動平穩(wěn)性與效率都有直接的影響。所以變速器設(shè)計的質(zhì)量高低一直是汽車行業(yè)競爭的焦點。
本文設(shè)計研究了兩軸式六檔手動變速器,以瑞麒G52010款梅西版2.0TCI汽車的整車參數(shù)和發(fā)動機(jī)參數(shù)為設(shè)計依據(jù),進(jìn)行手動變速器的設(shè)計。首先,本文將概述變速器的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,介紹變速器領(lǐng)域的最新發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。其次,對工作原理做了闡述,對不同的變速器傳動方案進(jìn)行比較,選擇合理的結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計。再次,對變速器的各擋齒輪和軸以及軸承做了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計計算,并進(jìn)行了受力分析、強(qiáng)度和剛度校核計算,并為這些元件選擇合適的工程材料及熱處理方法。對一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件進(jìn)行了選型以及變速器的傳動方案設(shè)計。簡單講述了變速器中各部件材料的選擇。最后,本文將對變速器換檔過程中的重要部件—同步器以及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行闡述,講述同步器的類型、工作原理、設(shè)計方法以及重要參數(shù)。

ABSTRACT
Automobile as a means of transport of human life plays an increasingly important role. Drivetrain is the core components of automobile.Its task is transforming and regulateing the performance of engine. Transmission can effectively and economically conveyed the power to the wheel which can meet the requirement of vehicles. It is used to change the engine's torque spread and wheel speed. Aim is to work in a variety of conditions,different vehicle traction and speed,so that the car has good power and fuel economy。The transmission of the structure of the manipulation of car shift required reliability and portability, transmission stability and efficiency will have direct influence. Therefore, the design of transmission quality has been the focus of competition in the automotive industry.
This paper studies the two shafts type design six manual shift transmission,By Rachel G52010 paragraph messi version 2.0 wenqi TCI automobile vehicle parameters and engine parameters for the design basis, the design of manually transmission.At first, I will give a summary of the current situation and the tendency of development of the vehicle transmission, and introduce the latest development state in the field of the transmission.The second, I will compare the transmitting scheme of different transmission, and choose a better structure scheme.Next, I will do some mechanic analyses, strength, stiffness check of the shafts and gears, which are the important parts of the transmission, and choose appropriate materials and heat treatment.At last, I will introduce the operation mechanism and the synchronizer, which plays an important role in changing gear. I will give an account of the type, operation, design procedure and major parameter of the synchronizer.At the supplement, I will write some thing like formula, tableau graph and so on. It may be helpful for the future design.
