垃圾桶塑料模具設(shè)計(jì),垃圾桶,塑料,模具設(shè)計(jì) XX大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 摘 要 由于塑料具有許多金屬和其它非金屬所無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn), 所以近年來(lái)發(fā)展尤為迅速。在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)和日用產(chǎn)品中，越來(lái)越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多類(lèi)產(chǎn)品，而模具作為塑件的成型技術(shù)也得到了迅速發(fā)展。 此論文在第一章緒論中主要介紹了塑料模具現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，在現(xiàn)代模具設(shè)計(jì)中采用了大量的新技術(shù)，新工藝和新材料。模具設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為一種綜合型技術(shù)。還簡(jiǎn)單的介紹了塑料的一般成份及塑料的一些特性。還介紹了注射模具的主要組成部件（如定模板、動(dòng)模板、復(fù)位桿、頂桿、導(dǎo)柱等）及模板的材料選擇。 第二章第一節(jié)中寫(xiě)的是塑料的注塑成型工藝，包括塑料的注塑成型工 藝、注塑成型參數(shù)的選擇（溫度、壓力和時(shí)間）。第二節(jié)介紹的是塑料制 品的設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)考慮的因素。塑料制品設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括塑料制品 的幾何形狀、尺寸精度和表面質(zhì)量。 在第三章塑料模具的設(shè)計(jì)中介紹了塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)包括：注 射模具的分類(lèi)、注射模具與注射機(jī)的關(guān)系（基本技術(shù)參數(shù)和選用注射成型 機(jī)時(shí)基本工藝參數(shù)的校核）、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)（模具分型面的選擇和凹模、凸模、型芯的設(shè)計(jì)及組合形式）。后三節(jié)是由三個(gè)零件的注射模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。每個(gè)零件的設(shè)計(jì)步驟一般由產(chǎn)品分析及零件選擇、塑件幾何特性分析、注射成型機(jī)的選擇、注射成型機(jī)參數(shù)的校核、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件的尺寸、加熱冷卻裝置的設(shè)計(jì)及模具的零件等組成。 關(guān)鍵詞　塑料；注塑成型工藝；塑料模具；注射機(jī) Abstract Because the plastics have many advantages that the metals and other nonmetals with for can't compare to, it developed quickly these yeas.
