Specific target sentences: This is.... That is .... Where is the...? It’s on the 1st floor.
Specific functional exponents:
1.能夠聽、說(shuō)、認(rèn)讀本課時(shí)的主要單詞:teacher's office, canteen, garden
2、, playground, library。
2.聽懂指示語(yǔ),并按要求做出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作,如:Go to the garden.Water the flowers.
3、學(xué)唱英文歌曲“Our school”,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
Source of material: 本課時(shí)的五張單詞卡、錄音機(jī)、錄音磁帶
Assumptions: 學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)了四年級(jí)上冊(cè)“My School”這一主題的知識(shí)后,學(xué)會(huì)了關(guān)于學(xué)校的居室名稱,根據(jù)已有的知識(shí)背景,展開教學(xué),以舊引新。
Step 1: Warm-up
教師播放第三冊(cè)學(xué)生用書第五頁(yè)的歌謠“Work and play ”,讓學(xué)生跟隨錄音機(jī)說(shuō)唱。

Talk“What’s in the classroom? A board , two lights , many desks and chairs .”自然過渡到學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校各課室的名稱。
Step 3: Presentation
Let’s learn
(1) 從討論教室自然過渡到學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校各課室的名稱。教師接著問: How many rooms are there in our school?
Where do we have English/ Music/ ... class?
接下來(lái)教師借助單詞卡片教授生詞。教師在教學(xué)過程中引入句型“Let’s
4、do”,結(jié)合動(dòng)作使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步明白語(yǔ)義。
(2)通過對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行提問:“Where is the ...?”導(dǎo)入句子“It’s on the ... floor.”的教學(xué),,同時(shí)根據(jù)學(xué)生的回答,拼出校園分布圖
(4)通過教師領(lǐng)讀和聽音跟讀,讓學(xué)生掌握本課時(shí)五個(gè)生詞的正確讀音。在練習(xí)library 的發(fā)音時(shí),可復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)過的含輔音連綴的單詞,如ice-cream , brother , friend , hungry 。
(5)聽,跟做“Let’s do”
(6)學(xué)生自己通過語(yǔ)音知識(shí),為所給的圖片配上英語(yǔ)單詞。然后打開書跟讀錄音并進(jìn)行檢查,教師對(duì)于錯(cuò)例要通過音素進(jìn)行講解。

Step 4:Practice:
(1)Let’s do
A、要求學(xué)生發(fā)出及聽懂指令,做出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。(小組競(jìng)賽的方式。)
B、教師或?qū)W生做動(dòng)作,讓其他的學(xué)生猜并說(shuō)出該單詞。
Step 5:Extension
1、小組比賽。教師出示一張?jiān)~卡,如garden ,組內(nèi)學(xué)生依次說(shuō)出與該詞有關(guān)的其他單詞,如:flowers , red , colour , trees 等,這樣既復(fù)習(xí)了學(xué)過的單詞,也能鞏固本課所學(xué)知識(shí)。
2、完成《同步》的相關(guān)練習(xí)。
Step 6: Homework:
設(shè)計(jì)自己的學(xué)校,并談?wù)勛约旱膶W(xué)校。
