6、體性、活動性、個性化、情感化等特點,有效地改善英語課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量,合理發(fā)揮小組合作的優(yōu)勢,語言情景的創(chuàng)設(shè)盡可能貼近生活,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)趣。 1.設(shè)計了最貼近學(xué)生生活的話題,并開發(fā)了課程資源。 為了讓學(xué)生主動參與學(xué)習(xí),我設(shè)計了貼近學(xué)生生活的話題──最近在人群中極具傳染性的紅眼病(pink eye)與健康衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣,激勵學(xué)生的探究創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力;同時,利用大量的圖片,活化了現(xiàn)有教材,為學(xué)生提供了豐富的課程資源,拓展了學(xué)用渠道,改變了傳統(tǒng)課堂上以書本為主的弊端,增大了學(xué)生的知識容量。 2.開展多種形式的課堂互動

7、,充分發(fā)揮小組協(xié)作的優(yōu)勢 課堂開展師生互動、生生互動等多邊活動,充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的課堂參與積極性。我為本課設(shè)計了師生對話、配對練習(xí)、小組活動等形式多樣的、有利于學(xué)生參與的課堂活動,使學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人,形成積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。課后調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),每位學(xué)生都獲得了表演展示的機(jī)會,充分體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生的個性,實現(xiàn)了才能的展示,有力地證明了小組互助學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢。任務(wù)型教學(xué)在很大程度上以學(xué)生的個體活動或小組活動為主要形式,因此,如何才能做到充分調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性以及充分發(fā)揮個體活動的最高水平是至關(guān)重要的,即教師如何才能做到既放得開學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生們自己去開展小組內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)活動,又能控制住每一組學(xué)生都能夠保證注意力在課

8、堂上。我想我們可以嘗試成立固定的小組,選好組長,加強(qiáng)小組的力量,發(fā)揮小組長的作用,做好學(xué)生的思想工作。但我們要在課前對小組長進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),如:使他們明白自己身為小組長的責(zé)任,重要性;教給小組長如何組織活動?當(dāng)組員不會說英語時怎么辦?等等。小組長是老師的助手,要在自己學(xué)會的同時,還要以自己學(xué)習(xí)的體會教給同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)英語的方法。 3.拓展學(xué)生的視野,培養(yǎng)他們的文化意識。 在本單元的課堂教學(xué)中,我注重了對學(xué)生的文化滲透,在談?wù)摻】蹬c疾病這一話題時,增加了對英語國家文化的了解,拓展了學(xué)生的文化視野,閱讀中外名人的故事,在加深對本民族文化理解的同時,發(fā)展了他們跨文化交際的意識和能力。 4.注重學(xué)生能力的培

9、養(yǎng) 每節(jié)課都設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的任務(wù)型活動,倡導(dǎo)自主式、合作式、體驗式學(xué)習(xí),并通過設(shè)疑,實現(xiàn)了學(xué)生的能力遷移。在學(xué)生完成任務(wù)的過程中,注重形成性評價,及時運(yùn)用本節(jié)課的相關(guān)知識內(nèi)容對學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)給予恰當(dāng)?shù)脑u價,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的積極性和自信心,一改傳統(tǒng)課堂上只重雙基培養(yǎng)的狀況,突出了學(xué)生實際能力的培養(yǎng)。 5家庭作業(yè),也有彈性和針對性,與學(xué)生的生活密切聯(lián)系,讓學(xué)生有更充裕的時間、自由的空間去體會所學(xué)知識、拓展知識;善于用英語表達(dá)自己的情感,能夠在課外活動中積極用英語與他人交流和溝通,利用各種機(jī)會進(jìn)行真實的英語交際。 雖然在整個教學(xué)過程中,絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)表現(xiàn)積極,教學(xué)效果很好,但也存在一些問題,如相當(dāng)一部分

10、同學(xué)雖然能在老師的提示下,很流利地用英語跟別人進(jìn)行簡單的問候與交流,但在寫作時往往出現(xiàn)很多錯誤,考試起來也拿不到高分,課堂上的45分鐘,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足學(xué)生考高分的需求,我只有鼓勵孩子多進(jìn)行課外閱讀,對于有條件的學(xué)生,可以幫他們找到好的網(wǎng)址,教他們上網(wǎng)查詢相關(guān)資料,也可以在班級開設(shè)英語角,征訂幾份英語報紙或雜志,讓學(xué)生以小組為單位,每周出一份英語黑板報等,并對每期板報進(jìn)行評估,評選出最優(yōu)秀的小組和組員,進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)莫剟?。每位學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中表現(xiàn)出的潛力都是無限的,只要教師用心挖掘,就一定會有意外的收獲。 5 Plan for every period Period 1 Section A
