My name’s.., using masks and name cards. 2) Ask the children to practice reading sentences like My name’s…by using drill cards. 3) Ask children to read the sentences in the 4 speech bubbles and match them with characters who have said them. Masks and name cards Page 10 Match, color and say 2.Let’s chant 1) Use pictures or real objects and review the following words: ant, apple, baby, ball and bike. Make sure the children can say these things when given a picture of a real object. 2) Use flashcards and have children practice reading these words. 3) Play the tape. Children repeat or clap hands. 4) Put pictures of Ant, apple, baby, ball and bike on the blackboard.
