防塵蓋沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了落料、沖孔、拉深復(fù)合模的設(shè)計(jì)。文中簡(jiǎn)要概述了沖壓模具目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和趨勢(shì)。對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)工藝分析和工藝方案的確定。按照沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟，計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)了本套模具上的主要零部件，如：凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、墊板、凹模固定板、卸料板、導(dǎo)尺、擋料銷、導(dǎo)正銷等。模架采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架，選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)工作零件和壓力機(jī)規(guī)格均進(jìn)行了必要的校核計(jì)算。此外，本模具采用始用擋料銷和鉤形擋料銷擋料。模具的沖孔和落料凸模分別用不同的固定板固定，便于調(diào)整間隙；沖孔凹模和落料凹模則采用整體固定板固定。落料凸模內(nèi)裝有導(dǎo)正銷，保證了工件上孔和外形的相對(duì)位置準(zhǔn)確，提高了加工精度。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)行可靠和沖壓產(chǎn)品大批量生產(chǎn)的要求。

So the structure is designed to ensure reliable operation of die stamping products and mass production requirements.
