摘要
隨著中國工業(yè)不斷地發(fā)展,模具行業(yè)也顯得越來越重要。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的任務(wù)是蓋冒墊片沖壓工藝分析和模具的具體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。通過查閱了相關(guān)文獻資料,對接觸片零件進行工藝性分析,選擇并確定符合于給定條件的最優(yōu)工藝方案,及進行了工藝與設(shè)計的有關(guān)計算,如:選擇基本工序,確定其順序、工序數(shù)目及工序組合形式。介紹了主要零部件的設(shè)計理念,詳細(xì)剖析了設(shè)計過程中一些思路,以及某些非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的使用特點。闡述了復(fù)合模的設(shè)計要點, 使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達到設(shè)計要求。然后以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計出沖壓模具主要零件的結(jié)構(gòu)。并在設(shè)計中,介紹了零件的排樣圖、定位設(shè)計、沖裁力的計算和壓力中心的計算。

With the continuous development of Chinese industry, the mold industry has become increasingly important. The graduation project's mission is to take cover gasket stamping process analysis and design of the specific structure of the mold. Introduced the main components of the design concept, detailed analysis of the design process, some ideas, and some non-standard parts to use features.
