[摘要]漸開線少齒差傳動(dòng)卷揚(yáng)機(jī)是諸多傳動(dòng)形式卷揚(yáng)機(jī)中的一種。利用少齒差傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)越性可改進(jìn)和提高建筑機(jī)械等設(shè)備的傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)性能,將漸開線少齒差行星齒輪傳動(dòng)應(yīng)用于建筑卷揚(yáng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力傳輸系統(tǒng),可以減小機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸,提高傳動(dòng)質(zhì)量,同時(shí)它的傳動(dòng)比大、承載能力大、壽命長,也降低了制造成本。但是在漸開線少齒差內(nèi)嚙合傳動(dòng)中,由于內(nèi)齒輪和外齒輪的齒數(shù)差少,在切削和裝配時(shí)常常會產(chǎn)生各種干涉,以致造成報(bào)廢。因此,為了保證內(nèi)嚙合傳動(dòng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要滿足幾個(gè)條件,主要的兩個(gè)限制條件是,即要保證不發(fā)生齒廓重迭干涉和嚙合率不小于1。少齒差內(nèi)嚙合的設(shè)計(jì)非常煩瑣,尤其是齒廓重迭干涉驗(yàn)算最為麻煩,這也是解決設(shè)計(jì)問題的核心所在。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中多次變換變位系數(shù)和齒頂高系數(shù)以滿足條件。
本文主要對少齒差行星齒輪傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算進(jìn)行了說明。其中包括工作原理、參數(shù)選擇、幾何計(jì)算等。并根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸設(shè)計(jì)零件、選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,然后再進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度或者壽命校核計(jì)算。

Design of the side installment hoist of small tooth number difference planetary transmission
[Abstract] Involute gear transmission with small tooth number difference hoist is one kind of transmissions forms hoist. It can improve and enhance the transmission structure technical performance of the construction machinery using the of small tooth number difference planetary transmission. If the involute gear transmission with small tooth number difference transmission will apply for construction hoist transfer system, it can increased besides a reduction ingear size, and no interference will occur, and improves the transmission quality simultaneously its velocity ratio is big and the load capacity is big too, the life is long, and it also can reduce the production cost. But in the mesh inside of forma small tooth number difference transmission, because of the difference of annular gear and the external gear is few. It ofter causes interference in the cutting and the assembly, so that it may be waster. Therefore, in order to in guarantee meshes the transmission noramal work, the design must satisfy several conditions. The two main limiting condition is that it must guarantee does not have the tooth outline overlap interference and meshing rate smaller than 1.The design of the mesh inside of forma small tooth number difference is troublesome, extremely the checking computations of the tooth outline overlap difference. It is also the core of the solution in the design. It need to transform the dislodgement coefficient and the gear addendum coefficient many times to satisfy the condition in the design process.
This paper describes the method which is used for designing the drive of the few difference in number of teeth. Including principle of work, parameter choice, geometry computation and so on. Choose the standard letter on the basis of the structure size design components, then carry on the computation of the intensity or the life examination.
