Z型彎曲模運動仿真
摘 要
彎曲是利用金屬的塑性變形，將板料，棒料，型材或管材等按設(shè)計要求彎成一定曲率和一定角度的一種沖壓工藝。它屬于成形工藝，是沖壓加工的基本工序之一。在沖壓零件的生產(chǎn)中，采用彎曲成形的零件種類繁多，這里主要以Z型彎曲模進(jìn)行說明。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計所要解決的問題是通過動畫的形式來闡述：模具根據(jù)橡皮彈力的不同對工件進(jìn)行兩次彎曲，得到了Z型件，借助Pro/ENGINEER軟件中動畫命令使模具工作過程和原理變得很容易理解。并進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和理解Pro/ENGINEERe軟件的高級命令。

This graduation project needs to solve the question is elaborated through the animation form that,The mold differently carries on two times according to the rubber tension to the work piece the curve, obtained Z, the animation order causes the mold work process and the principle with the aid of the Pro/ENGINEER software in becomes very much easy to understand.And further studies and understands the Pro/ENGINEERe software the high-level order.
