摘要:隨科技的進(jìn)步,世界各國(guó)對(duì)導(dǎo)彈的機(jī)動(dòng)性能要求越來(lái)越高,但導(dǎo)彈在過(guò)載飛行過(guò)程中的受力比較復(fù)雜,為保證導(dǎo)彈產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和可靠性,不會(huì)在機(jī)動(dòng)過(guò)載飛行中失效,因而需要一種地面模擬裝置,模擬導(dǎo)彈發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)飛行的過(guò)載。所以設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)是通過(guò)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)使固定在旋轉(zhuǎn)架上的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生離心力,在過(guò)載情況下測(cè)試其某些性能參數(shù)的變化情況的機(jī)器。通過(guò)離心機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)的彈道參數(shù)、離軸加速度、殼體應(yīng)變以及溫度等的測(cè)量。
根據(jù)上述思想和原理,圍繞方案的可行性、工藝制造的簡(jiǎn)捷性以及盡可能的低成本方面考慮,最后得出現(xiàn)行方案。本設(shè)計(jì)已通過(guò)生產(chǎn)部門(mén)確認(rèn),為此后的制造加工奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Missile products to ensure the quality and reliability, tactical not overload failure in flight, As a result, Need a kind of ground to imitate the device which imitate the guided missile to launch the machine flight of over carry。Therefore, The overload simulation laboratory bench of the engine has been designed.
The overload simulation laboratory bench of the engine is through the transmission system make the engine which install at the rotators shelf to rotate, that make the engine has the centrifugal force, tests its certain performance parameter change in the overload situation. pass left scheming can realize launch machine and leave the stalk acceleration, hull adapts to changes and the diagraph that temperature wait.
According to the above thought and the principle, revolve the plan of feasibility, craft manufacture simple and as far as possible low cost aspect considered, finally obtains the present plan. This design confirmed through the production department, and for hereafter the manufacture processing has laid the foundation.
