帶式輸送機(jī)是煤礦最理想的連續(xù)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備，與其他運(yùn)輸設(shè)備（如機(jī)車類）相比，不僅具有長距離、大運(yùn)量、連續(xù)輸送等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且運(yùn)行可靠，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、集中控制，特別是對高產(chǎn)高效礦井的出現(xiàn)。本次的設(shè)計(jì)具體內(nèi)容主要包括：帶式輸送機(jī)傳動(dòng)總體設(shè)計(jì)；主要傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；主要零、部件設(shè)計(jì)；完成主要零件的工藝設(shè)計(jì)；設(shè)計(jì)一套主要件的工藝裝備。文章對用于新型帶式輸送機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置裝置進(jìn)行了重新的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，在驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒結(jié)構(gòu)上進(jìn)行了必要的改進(jìn)和校核，部分解決了驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置在啟動(dòng)的時(shí)候動(dòng)載荷過大問題。降低了輸送帶的安全系數(shù)。

ABSTRACT
