摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)的題目是泡沫滅火器噴嘴,通過塑件的工藝分析、注塑模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及有關(guān)計(jì)算、模具閉合高的的確定、注塑機(jī)有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核等,該模具基本符合要求。
該塑件要求表面沒有毛刺、凹陷等缺陷,沒有其它特別要求,故注塑較易實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)塑件的成型要求及模腔的排列方式,選用潛伏式澆口比較合適,該模具型芯采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu),有利于填充、排氣。
型芯主要是成形制件的內(nèi)表面,本模具把型芯固定在定模一側(cè),這樣可以簡單模具的結(jié)構(gòu)??紤]加工的難易程度和材料的價值利用、塑件的形狀和尺寸,并考慮到塑件的生產(chǎn)率,本模具采用一模二件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;凹模主要成型塑件外表面,結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,將型腔設(shè)計(jì)成組合式結(jié)構(gòu),既保證塑件外觀與質(zhì)量,模具加工也比較方便。從塑件結(jié)構(gòu)上看,將型腔與斜滑塊設(shè)計(jì)在一起,組成一個抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)。
