摘 要隨著生產(chǎn)力水平的發(fā)展,數(shù)控技術(shù)越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。數(shù)控機(jī)車是數(shù)控技術(shù)最普遍的應(yīng)用。而數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)是一種可以實(shí)現(xiàn)圓周進(jìn)給和分度運(yùn)動(dòng)的工作臺(tái),它常被使用于臥式的鏜床和加工中心上,可提高加工效率,完成更多的工藝,它主要由原動(dòng)力、齒輪傳動(dòng)、蝸桿傳動(dòng)、工作臺(tái)等部分組成,并可進(jìn)行間隙消除和蝸輪加緊,是一種很實(shí)用的加工工具。本課題主要介紹了它的原理和機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。本課題主要介紹了它的原理和機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)以上部分運(yùn)用AtuoCAD做圖,最后是對(duì)數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)提出的一點(diǎn)建議。 關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái) 齒輪傳動(dòng) 蝸桿傳動(dòng) 間隙消除 蝸輪加緊 AbstractAlong with the development of productivity, the numerical control technology is widely used in various fields.
