棉籽清選分級(jí)裝置竇文龍(塔里木大學(xué)機(jī)械電氣化工程學(xué)院, 阿拉爾 843300)棉籽是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)最基本的生產(chǎn)資料之一。近幾十年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究表明, 各種棉花增產(chǎn)中, 優(yōu)質(zhì)良種所起的作用大約占 1/ 3 以上,為提高種質(zhì), 開(kāi)展了棉籽清選分級(jí)機(jī)具的研究,進(jìn)一步減小機(jī)具尺寸,對(duì)工作部件進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高清選性能;充分利用電力資源,盡可能的減輕機(jī)器作業(yè)時(shí)對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,對(duì)于發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)﹑高效和環(huán)保的設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本課題是設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)—棉籽精選機(jī)。該設(shè)備是種子加工系列設(shè)備的主要設(shè)備之一,可提高棉籽質(zhì)量。選擇了設(shè)計(jì)棉籽分級(jí)機(jī)。針對(duì)棉籽的物理特征設(shè)計(jì)了一種線性柵筒式棉籽分級(jí)機(jī),分級(jí)精度較高。通過(guò)該課題的研發(fā)工作,能夠正確運(yùn)用所學(xué)課程的基本理論和有關(guān)知識(shí),學(xué)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)方案的擬定、比較、分析及進(jìn)行必要的計(jì)算, 提高應(yīng)用工程技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及編寫(xiě)文件的能力。在這樣的背景下,針對(duì)種子加工精選的這個(gè)主題,參考各種設(shè)備資料,并利用AUTOCAD 等現(xiàn)代工具軟件,進(jìn)行了種子加工生產(chǎn)線中的棉籽精選機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:棉籽、機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化The cottonseed cleaning grading equipmentCottonseed is one of the most basic means of production of agricultural production.
