牧草切根機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)——傳動(dòng)裝置
摘 要 我國(guó)地域遼闊,畜牧業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)。很多地區(qū)種植著牧草,近年來(lái)由于土壤條件的變化,使得好多地區(qū)牧草生長(zhǎng)狀況出現(xiàn)了不良效果。分析了草場(chǎng)不同土壤條件對(duì)牧草生長(zhǎng)和草場(chǎng)生態(tài)恢復(fù)的影響;研究了退化草場(chǎng)機(jī)械化破土切根技術(shù)和模式;探討了高堅(jiān)實(shí)度土壤條件的草場(chǎng)破土機(jī)理與根莖型或根莖疏叢型牧草橫走根莖切根方式,針對(duì)典型草場(chǎng)板結(jié)嚴(yán)重且橫走根莖錯(cuò)節(jié)致使自繁促生能力下降等問(wèn)題。根據(jù)研發(fā)要求,應(yīng)用力學(xué)和機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)等理論,設(shè)計(jì)了牧草復(fù)壯促生破土切根機(jī)具。該機(jī)采用齒輪變速箱傳達(dá)改變動(dòng)力,應(yīng)用凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)直切刀對(duì)牧草進(jìn)行垂直切根,減小了切根阻力和切縫寬度,通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單操作可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同間距、不同深度牧草進(jìn)行切根作業(yè),從而達(dá)到切斷亞表層下的橫走根莖、改良草地,擴(kuò)繁促生的效果。經(jīng)速度、加速度和受力分析證明,該機(jī)滿足了設(shè)計(jì)要求,切割速度快,破土能力強(qiáng),對(duì)土壤表皮損傷小,是比較理想的牧草切根機(jī)械。
