摘 要
在機械加工中使用著大量的夾具,用以安裝加工對象,使之占有正確的位置,以保證工件的加工質(zhì)量。
根據(jù)零件本身的特點、生產(chǎn)類型以及零件在具體工作時的作用選擇工藝規(guī)程和夾具。在工藝規(guī)程方面:通過對普通車床的研究對刀架中部轉(zhuǎn)盤及工藝參數(shù)采取一個優(yōu)化策略,研制一個好的轉(zhuǎn)盤。從而縮短生產(chǎn)周期,降低制造成本,提高加工精度,延長刀具壽命,而且依據(jù)優(yōu)化了的工藝及刀具參數(shù),可以建立或完善高速切削工藝數(shù)據(jù)庫,將切削工藝實踐中積累的合理選擇切削參數(shù)與刀具的經(jīng)驗和數(shù)據(jù)收集起來,為現(xiàn)場加工提供準確及優(yōu)化的高速切削數(shù)據(jù),從而更大程度上提高切削加工水平,獲得更大的經(jīng)濟利益;在夾具設計方面,因為是盤類零件,加工兩側面,選擇立式銑床加工,考慮諸多因素擬訂最優(yōu)方案:有效的減少工件加工的基本時間和輔助時間、提高勞動生產(chǎn)率、有效減低工人勞動強度,最終完成本次設計。

Abstract

So as to shorten the production cycle, reduce manufacturing costs and improve machining precision and extend the life of cutter, and based on the optimization of process parameters and tools. Can establish or perfect process database high-speed cutting, cutting process will accumulate in practice the reasonable selection of cutting parameters of the tool and the experience and data collected, and the processing to provide accurate and optimization of high speed cutting data, more degree increase cutting processing level and get more economic interests;The fixture design, because it is dish parts processing, two side, choice of vertical milling machine, so considering many factors draw up the optimum scheme: reduce the processing of prime time and auxiliary time, improve labor productivity, reduce labor intensity, finally complete the design.
