本設(shè)計為5層框架結(jié)構(gòu)教學(xué)樓,總建筑面積約3962.88m2,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度約19.8m。地處7度抗震設(shè)防區(qū)域,場地土類為2類。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是本設(shè)計的重點。本設(shè)計的計算內(nèi)容主要有:結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方面:先根據(jù)軸壓比確定柱和墻的截面尺寸及梁跨度估算梁板截面,計算出各構(gòu)件的幾何特征值和結(jié)構(gòu)體系剛度特征值;然后對單,雙向樓板進(jìn)行內(nèi)力計算和配筋;其次是按其分配墻所受的水平荷載作用,計算建筑物的自重質(zhì)量。用D值法計算水平風(fēng)荷載和地震作用下的內(nèi)力和位移(其中用底部剪力法計算地震作用,本建筑物的質(zhì)量和剛度沿高度分布比較均勻、高度為17.7m<40m、以剪切變形為主,所以適用于底部剪力法計算地震作用)。計算出建筑物在豎向荷載作用下產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)力。思路是計算結(jié)構(gòu)橫方向的總抗側(cè)剛度,計算結(jié)構(gòu)基本自振周期,計算在水平荷載下產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)力。進(jìn)行內(nèi)力值調(diào)幅后計算內(nèi)力組合,以最不利內(nèi)力進(jìn)行梁、柱的配筋計算。按彈性方法對樓梯和基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行配筋。
