摘 要
本課題是進(jìn)行HFJ1020A后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的設(shè)計(jì)。主要研究的內(nèi)容有主減速器設(shè)計(jì)、差速器設(shè)計(jì)、車輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、轎殼設(shè)計(jì)、制動(dòng)器總成設(shè)計(jì)主減速器設(shè)計(jì)、差速器設(shè)計(jì)、車輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、轎殼設(shè)計(jì)、制動(dòng)器總成設(shè)計(jì)。主要解決的問題:方的案選擇,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的形式,齒輪的計(jì)算及校核,制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。盡量使設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,成本降低,適合本國路面的行駛狀況和國情。確保設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠、造價(jià)低廉的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,使其使用性能更好,更安全,更可靠,更經(jīng)濟(jì),更舒適,更機(jī)動(dòng),更方便,動(dòng)力性更好,污染更少。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)過了從選題、調(diào)研、設(shè)計(jì)方案的制定到設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、總成圖及零件圖的繪制,結(jié)合計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)及實(shí)物完成了驅(qū)動(dòng)橋、制動(dòng)器、主減速器總裝圖的繪制,半軸、主從動(dòng)雙曲面錐齒輪零件圖的繪制,完成設(shè)計(jì)說明書,達(dá)到所設(shè)計(jì)的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋基本上接近實(shí)驗(yàn)室驅(qū)動(dòng)橋教具,從中受益頗豐。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋總成最終能保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輸出的動(dòng)力能夠有效得傳遞到驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪上,從而使汽車行駛可靠,平穩(wěn),達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

ABSTRACT
This subject is a public car axle design. design a compact car axle public opinion and rear brake, including the main gear wheels, the differential, the driver of the transmission, and the brake on the part of the design and co-ordination. Try to design the content stable, reliable, cost out the road conditions and specifications. design structure to simple, reliable, cheap, the cost of axle, Use performance better and safer and more and more and more comfort, more and more convenient and better and more power parameters pollution.
This graduation design passed from selected subjects, research and design for the design calculations, the assembly and the combination of parts, the data and physical finished axle, the brake and the final figure of gear, semiaxis, hypoid gear, completed the design specifications and design axle to the lab is basically axle instrument that benefit from the lot.
The design HGC1050 Axle assemblies can guarantee that the final output power can be effective have passed to the drive wheel, and so reliable, and the car smoothly to the expectation aim.
