摘要
曲軸是汽車發(fā)動機中最重要的部件之一,是發(fā)動機的脊柱,是承受沖擊載荷、傳遞動力的關鍵零件。曲軸的性能除與曲軸本身、強化工藝有關外,還與軸承的工作情況、整個曲軸系的扭轉振動的情況都有密切的關系,因此曲軸的設計不是一個單純曲軸本身的問題,如何即保證設計功能,又同時兼顧軸承、扭轉振動性能、前后端連接的強度,在曲軸設計時缺一不可。任何分析、計算的缺失,都有可能造成曲軸系統(tǒng)的可靠性和整機性能出現(xiàn)問題。本文結合詳細闡述了發(fā)動機曲軸的整個設計過程,并對其疲勞強度進行了校核。
本畢業(yè)設計課題的研究與實施,應用和加深了本科學習期間的大部分理論知識,還獲得了很多新的理論知識,更重要的是將理論與工程設計緊密結合,增強了分析問題和解決問題的能力,對知識的綜合運用和解決工程中的實際問題,在能力上獲得了很大的提高,并得到了全面的鍛煉。

Abstract
???? ?The crankshaft is one of the most important components in the automobile engine is the engine of the spine is exposed to impact load, the transmission of power key parts. In addition to the crankshaft itself, strengthen the process related, the performance of the crankshaft and the bearing, the torsional vibration of the crankshaft system have a close relationship, therefore crankshaft design is not a simple crankshaft itself is the problem, how that is guaranteed by design function, but also taking into account the bearing, torsional vibration performance, the strength of the front-end and back-end connections, are indispensable in the design of the crankshaft. Any analysis to calculate missing, may have resulted in the crankshaft system reliability and performance of the whole problem. In this paper, elaborated throughout the design process of the engine crankshaft, check and fatigue strength.
The study and implementation of the graduation project, application and deepened during most of the theoretical knowledge of undergraduate study, also received a lot of theoretical knowledge, more importantly, in close connection with the theory and engineering design, and enhance the analysis of the problem and solve the problemcapabilities, integrated use of knowledge, and solve practical problems in engineering, the ability to obtain greatly improved, and get a full workout.
