摘 要往復(fù)活塞式壓縮機是容積式壓縮機的一種,是利用活塞在氣缸中對流體進行擠壓,使流體壓力提高并排出的壓縮機械。熱力、動力計算是壓縮機設(shè)計計算中基本的,又是最重要的一項工作,根據(jù)用戶提供的成分、氣量、壓力等參數(shù)要求,經(jīng)過計算得到壓縮機的相關(guān)參數(shù),如級數(shù)、列數(shù)、氣缸尺寸、軸功率等。經(jīng)過動力計算得到活塞式壓縮機的受力情況。準確地分析機組受力情況,對于消除機組的振動非常重要。在變工況條件下,需要快速實現(xiàn)核算原設(shè)計的飛輪是否滿足運行要求?;钊綁嚎s機熱力計算、動力計算的結(jié)果將為各部件圖形以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計提供原始數(shù)據(jù),其計算結(jié)果的精確程度體現(xiàn)了壓縮機的設(shè)計水平,也是壓縮機研究方面的一個課題。關(guān)鍵詞:活塞式壓縮機; 熱力計算; 動力計算;氣缸;曲軸AbstractReciprocating piston compressor is a volume compressor, which is to increase pressure to discharge fluid by piston. Thermal and dynamic compressor design is the basic and most important one, according to users with the content, gas, pressure and other parameters, calculated after the compressor related parameters, such as class, number, size cylinder, shaft power, and so on.
