摘 要
我課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容是支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架的總體設(shè)計(jì)。
現(xiàn)代長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤已經(jīng)在開采區(qū)使用液壓支架。液壓支架不僅支撐頂板,推動(dòng)刮板輸送機(jī)工作面和自移式支架本身,而且還為相關(guān)的采煤設(shè)備提供一個(gè)安全的工作環(huán)境。因此正確的選擇和應(yīng)用液壓支架是長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤成功的先決條件。此外,由于對(duì)液壓支架需求數(shù)量很大,對(duì)液壓支架的投資經(jīng)常要占到長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面初始投資的一半以上。因此,從技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)兩方面的觀點(diǎn)看,液壓支架是長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面設(shè)備中十分重要的一部分。
本文主要介紹了以下幾個(gè)方面:液壓支架的發(fā)展歷程及發(fā)展趨勢(shì);液壓支架的組成、作用和分類;液壓支架的液壓控制系統(tǒng);液壓支架設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟;對(duì)支架重要結(jié)構(gòu)件的受力分析、強(qiáng)度的校核;液壓支架的操縱、維護(hù)、故障分析及處理等。在本支架的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,著重對(duì)頂梁、掩護(hù)梁、四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)、底座、和立柱以及進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
My paper mainly foused on the problem which is design out a type of chock-shield support.
Modern longwall mining employs hydraulic powered supports at the face area. The supports not only holds up the roof, pushes the face chain conveyor, and advances itself, but also provides a safe environment for all associated mining activities. Therefore its successful selection and application are the prerequisite for successful longwall mining. Furthermore, due to the large number of units required, the capital invested for the power support usually accounts for more than half of the initial capital for a longwall face. Therefore both from technical and economic points of view, the powered support is a very important piece of equipment in a long wall face.
In the design course that the type of ZZ4400/17/35 support type,which has introduced are the followings , the develop history and develop direction of the hydraulic support; the components, functions, and types of the hydraulic support; the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support; the normal design processes of the hydraulic support; the design method of the strength and check of the important structure is introduced;.the hydraulic support’s operation, maintenance, fault analysis and processing and so on.
