折頁盒注塑模具設(shè)計
摘 要:依據(jù)工件圖進行工藝性分析，進而確定了設(shè)計方案，計算出模具工作部分的尺寸，設(shè)計出工作零部件；然后依據(jù)設(shè)計要求選擇出各個標準零部件，然后設(shè)計出模具的總裝配圖。在設(shè)計中，最重要的就是設(shè)計方案的確定、坯料的計算和選取以及工作零部件的設(shè)計，這是設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵，這些設(shè)計的正確與否直接關(guān)系到成本的高低和設(shè)計模具能否正常工作。設(shè)計過程中首先分析設(shè)計任務書中產(chǎn)品二維圖，對產(chǎn)品進行造型設(shè)計，然后通過對產(chǎn)品的特征分析確定模具設(shè)計的思路。最后根據(jù)產(chǎn)品模型，運用UG6.0中Moid Wizard模塊對連接座模具進行設(shè)計。

Abstract: carry on the craft to analyse according to the work piece picture , and then has confirmed the design plan , calculate out mould work some size , design the job s- pare part; Then choose each standard spare part according to the designing requirement , then design the total installation diagram of the mould . In the design, the important one is sureness of the design plan , calculation and choosing and working the design of the spare part of the blank , this is the key to designing, whether these ones that are designed involve directly or not correctly whether the level of the cost and design mould could worknormally. First the design process analysis and design tasks products 2D map book, the product modeling design, Then the characteristics of the product analysis mold design ideas. Finally, according to product model, which use UG6.0 Moid Wizard module to connect Block mold design. Focus reflects the UG4.0/Moid Wizard module of the application.
