摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是輪轂加工工藝規(guī)程及專用車夾具設(shè)計(jì)。我主要需要完成的包括加工工藝的安排以及專用機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)。為了保證加工零件的精度同時(shí)節(jié)約成本和縮短加工周期以及提高加工效率,那么一個(gè)良好的工藝安排以及專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)就是必不可少的了。在工藝的安排上不但要考慮合理的加工要求還要考慮到操作者以及加工機(jī)械的安全。同時(shí)夾具的設(shè)計(jì)上也要考慮到使用的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性以及安裝和拆卸上的方便性。設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)良好的工藝工裝安排路線那么必須要經(jīng)過對(duì)加工件的詳細(xì)分析以及周密的考慮后才能得出。所以分析問題是解決問題的關(guān)鍵,同時(shí)還要反復(fù)的調(diào)整,來尋求最好的一個(gè)路線。這樣才能讓工藝路線更加的完美,才能保證工件的加工精度和加工效率以及節(jié)約材料。
