[摘要] 試驗(yàn)機(jī)是在各種條件、環(huán)境下測定金屬材料、非金屬材料、機(jī)械零件、工程結(jié)構(gòu)等的機(jī)械性能、工藝性能、內(nèi)部缺陷和校驗(yàn)旋轉(zhuǎn)零部件動態(tài)不平衡量的精密測試儀器,可以對材料進(jìn)行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、扭轉(zhuǎn)、沖擊、疲勞、蠕變、持久、松弛、磨損、硬度等試驗(yàn)。在研究探索新材料、新工藝、新技術(shù)和新結(jié)構(gòu)的過程中,試驗(yàn)機(jī)是一種不可缺少的重要測試儀器。
本文首先概述了試驗(yàn)機(jī)的基本定義、研究背景及意義、分類與國內(nèi)外一些重要生產(chǎn)商的成果。第二部分論述了滾珠絲杠-同步帶、滾珠絲杠-錐齒輪傳動、滾珠絲杠-鏈輪傳動、滾珠絲杠-直齒輪傳動和液壓驅(qū)動五種傳動方案,并進(jìn)行對比分析,然后選擇滾珠絲杠-同步帶滾珠絲杠傳動系統(tǒng)、同步帶傳動系統(tǒng)以及軸等各部分進(jìn)行選擇、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,經(jīng)傳動系統(tǒng)作為本文的設(shè)計(jì)對象。第三部分對試驗(yàn)機(jī)的主要機(jī)械傳動部分,如電動機(jī)、過校核后所有設(shè)計(jì)均符合要求。最后對控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在文章的最后簡明的介紹了做本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的一些心得體會。

The design of Electronic universal testing machine
[Abstract] Testing machine is the precision instrument that used to determination mechanical properties, process performance, internal defects of engineering structures and check the dynamic unbalance of the rotating parts in a variety of conditions, environment. The testing machine can be used to test the materials’ tension, compression, bending, shear, torsion, impact, fatigue, creep, durable, relaxation, wear, hardness.
In the process of research and exploration of new materials, new processes, new technologies and new structures, testing machine is a kind of indispensable test equipment.
This paper outlines the basic definition of the testing machine, the research background and significance, classification, and some important domestic and foreign producers results. The second part discusses the Ball screw - synchronous belt, ball screw - bevel gears, ball - sprocket, ball - spur gear transmission and hydraulic transmission drive five kinds of programs, and comparative analysis, and then select Ball screw - this article is designed as a synchronous belt drive system objects. The third part of the test machine's main mechanical transmission parts, such as motors, ball screw drive, belt drive system as well as other parts of the selected axis, detailed design and calculation, after checking all designed to meet the requirements after. Finally the control system design. In the last article concise introduction to make this graduation design some experience.
