摘 要
轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是汽車底盤的重要組成部分,轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)性能的好壞直接影響到汽車行駛的安全性、操縱穩(wěn)定性和駕駛舒適性,它對(duì)于確保車輛的行駛安全、減少交通事故以及保護(hù)駕駛員的人身安全、改善駕駛員的工作條件起著重要作用, 因此,開發(fā)一種科學(xué)、先進(jìn)、穩(wěn)定、環(huán)保的汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),不但可以滿足人們的駕駛需求同樣也會(huì)在激烈的時(shí)常競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中提升自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
本設(shè)計(jì)的目的就是綜合現(xiàn)今國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際上轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展情況探討開發(fā)一種更加先進(jìn)、科學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),并在轉(zhuǎn)向器方面做重點(diǎn)的討論,本文介紹了汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器的類型、結(jié)構(gòu),以及轉(zhuǎn)向器綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在對(duì)大量資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了轉(zhuǎn)向系的總體方案,并針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向器的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算,根據(jù)汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系的設(shè)計(jì)要求,以及機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)原理、汽車設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。該課題的研究會(huì)為汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)提供更加科學(xué)、環(huán)保、穩(wěn)定、高效的方法,對(duì)提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和制造質(zhì)量探索了新的途徑。

ABSTRACT
Automotive steering system is an important part of the chassis, steering system performance to a direct impact on car safety, handling stability and driving comfort, it is essential to ensure the vehicle safety and reduce traffic accidents and the protection of the driver's personal safety, to improve the working conditions of the driver plays an important role, therefore, to develop a scientific, advanced, stable, environmentally friendly vehicle steering systems, not only to meet the needs of people driving would also from time to time in the fierce competition to upgrade their competitiveness.
The purpose of this design is the integrated current domestic and international on the development of steering systems to explore the development of a more advanced and scientific steering system and steering the focus of the discussion has done, this article describes the types of vehicle steering gear, structure, and steering the development of a comprehensive performance evaluation of the trend in the analysis of large amounts of data on the basis of a steering system of the overall program, and steering parameters for the analysis and calculation, according to the vehicle's power steering system design requirements, as well as the mechanical design principle, the basis for the design of automotive design the hydraulic power steering of the overall structure.
