摘 要
闡述了復(fù)合模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工程及其工作過(guò)程,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的工藝分析,采用沖孔、落料等工序進(jìn)行加工。通過(guò)計(jì)算工藝力以確定模具壓力中心,并選擇壓力機(jī)的型號(hào)。落料凹模通過(guò)凹模固定板與下模座連接來(lái)固定。模具采用下出料方式和彈性卸料卸料裝置。本模具結(jié)構(gòu)較簡(jiǎn)單,性能可靠,工作平穩(wěn),提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract
The passage expounds on the structure designing project and work process of the progressive die, and uses some working procedures, such as punching, flanging, blanking and so on, to process through the technologic analysis of the system. Through calculating the process to determine the center of the die’s pressure, and select the model of the presses. Blanking die is fixed by connecting the die holder with the die set. The die adopts the way of lower ejection and elasticity discharge devices.Its structure is relatively simple, the performance is reliable and the work is steady. It has improved the producing efficiency and reduced the intensity of labor and cost of production.
