隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,機電產(chǎn)品日趨精密復雜。產(chǎn)品的精度要求越來越高、更新?lián)Q代的周期也越來越短,從而促進了現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。用普通的機床加工精度低,效率低,勞動度大,已經(jīng)無法滿足生產(chǎn)要求,從而一種新型的數(shù)字程序控制的機床應運而生。這種機床是一種綜合應用了計算機技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)、精密測量和機械設計等新技術(shù)的機電一體化的產(chǎn)品。數(shù)控機床是一種裝有程序控制系統(tǒng)的自動化機床,它對加工精度和自動化都有嚴格的要求。數(shù)控車床上的工位夾緊裝置對于加工的精度有著直接的關(guān)系,以往的機床的工位夾緊裝置使用簡單的機械裝置,在加工時容易產(chǎn)生大的加工誤差。隨著數(shù)控車床自動化程度的提高,使用液壓系統(tǒng)控制這一過程已經(jīng)大大提高了自動化和加工精度。液壓傳動在機械設備中的應用非常廣泛。有的設備是利用其能傳遞大的動力,且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、體積小、重量輕的優(yōu)點,如工程機械、礦山機械、冶金機械等;有的設備是利用它操縱控制方便,能較容易地實現(xiàn)較復雜工作循環(huán)的優(yōu)點,如各類金屬切削機床、輕工機械、運輸機械、軍工機械、各類裝載機等。所以研究液壓系統(tǒng)有很好的應用價值和廣闊的前景。我國進入世界貿(mào)易組織之后,對我國的機械行業(yè)是個機遇,更是一個艱難的挑戰(zhàn)。因此作為二十一世紀的主人,我們更應該通過作大量的設計制造和廣泛地使用各種先進的機器,以便能加快我國國民經(jīng)濟的增長速度,加快我國現(xiàn)代化建設。
研究內(nèi)容
液壓系統(tǒng)的設計
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實驗方案及可行性分析
1. 分析 本文根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)指標對數(shù)控銑床兩工位夾緊裝置液壓系統(tǒng)進行整體方案設計,對其功能和工作原理進行動力分析和運動分析,初步確定了系統(tǒng)各回路的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及主要元件。
2. 計算 按照所給機構(gòu)性能參數(shù)和液壓性能參數(shù)進行元件的選擇計算。
3. 設計 對兩工位夾緊裝置液壓系統(tǒng)整體設計。
4. 作圖 元件設計完畢,根據(jù)尺寸進行CAXA作圖,尺寸精確,布局合理,作出總圖及原理圖。
5. 驗證 對系統(tǒng)性能的進行驗算和發(fā)熱校核,以滿足該銑床所要達到的要求。
