本文主要論述了濾油器的加工工藝及其夾具設(shè)計(jì)。在制定工藝過程中，要確定各工序的安裝工位和該工序需要的工步，加工該工序的機(jī)車及機(jī)床的進(jìn)給量，切削深度，主軸轉(zhuǎn)速和切削速度，該工序的夾具，刀具及量具，還有走刀次數(shù)和走刀長度，最后計(jì)算該工序的基本時(shí)間，輔助時(shí)間和工進(jìn)時(shí)間。組合機(jī)床“三圖一卡”就是針對具體零件，在選定的工藝和結(jié)構(gòu)方案的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行組合機(jī)床總體圖樣文件設(shè)計(jì)。其內(nèi)容包括：繪制被加工零件圖、加工示意圖、機(jī)床聯(lián)系總圖、機(jī)床生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡等。夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面要針對連桿結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)比較小，設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)時(shí)應(yīng)注意夾具體結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的大小等，最終就能達(dá)到零件的理想要求！

Abstract
The thesis is about processing Technology of Oil Filter and their grip design. In the course of making the craft , is it confirm every erector location and worker step that process need this of process to want, the locomotive of processing , this process , and the entering the giving amount of the lathe, cut depth , the rotational speed of the main shaft and speed of cutting, the jig of this process, the cutter and measuring tool, a one hundred sheets of number of times still leaves and a one hundred sheets of length leaves, calculate basic time of this process , auxiliary time and service time of place of working finally. Combination Machine "three plans a card" is for specific parts, in selected technology and structure of the programmer on the basis of the overall composition of machine design document design. Its contents include: Drawing be processed parts map, diagram processing, machine tools contact the map, calculating productivity machine cards. Should be comparatively small specifically for connecting rod structure characteristic in the field of grip design , design that the size should pay attention to gripping the concrete structure dimension of the season waits, the ideal being therefore likely to reach a part ultimately demands.
