摘 要
這次設(shè)計的是總泵缸體。包括零件圖、毛坯圖、裝配圖各一張，機械加工工藝過程卡片和與工序卡片各一張。根據(jù)零件的性質(zhì)和零件圖上各端面的粗糙度確定毛坯的尺寸和機械加工余量。最后制定該工件的夾緊方案，畫出夾具裝配圖。
機械制造工藝學課程設(shè)計是我們學完了大學的全部基礎(chǔ)課、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課以及大部分專業(yè)課之后進行的.這是我們在進行畢業(yè)設(shè)計之前對所學各課程的一次深入的綜合性的總復習,也是一次理論聯(lián)系實際的訓練,因此,它在我們四年的大學生活中占有重要的地位。
就我個人而言，我希望能通過這次課程設(shè)計對自己未來將從事的工作進行一次實際的訓練，從中鍛煉自己分析問題、解決問題的能力。由于能力所限，設(shè)計尚有許多不足之處，懇請各位老師給予指導。
