基于 Pro/E 的裝載機(jī)工作裝置的實(shí)體建模及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及自動(dòng)化 作者:李書(shū)知 指導(dǎo)教師:陳豐峰摘 要:裝載機(jī)是一種應(yīng)用廣泛的工程機(jī)械。有其廣泛的空間,但由于裝載機(jī)傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)模式存在的開(kāi)發(fā)周期長(zhǎng)、過(guò)程繁雜、開(kāi)發(fā)成本高、性能測(cè)試?yán)щy等問(wèn)題,本文將仿真技術(shù)引入裝載機(jī)開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域,完成以下工作:1. 介紹了裝載機(jī)的發(fā)展歷史及前景,裝載機(jī)的種類,介紹了仿真技術(shù)產(chǎn)生的背景、在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及仿真技術(shù)的實(shí)際意義。2. 對(duì)液壓缸作出了合理的選擇。3. 簡(jiǎn)述了 Pro/E 軟件在工程設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用,利用 Pro/E 構(gòu)建裝載機(jī)的三維實(shí)體模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行裝配,在Pro/E 環(huán)境下進(jìn)行了裝配干涉檢驗(yàn)。4. 在 Pro/ENIEER MECHANISM 環(huán)境下進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,得出裝載機(jī)工作的性能曲線。關(guān)鍵字:裝載機(jī) 工作裝置 液壓缸 仿真技術(shù) 三維建模Abstract:Loader is a kind of engineer machine that is widely applied in engineer project, which has wildely space, Aim to the problems that exist in traditional research way of loader, for example the research cycle is long, the cost is long, the cost is high and the performance test is complex etc, this paper leads virtual prototype technology into research of loader. The following research works are completed:1. The development foreground, the category and loader’s history is introduced, also the background of simulation technology come into being, developing status in local and the significance of virtual prototype technology is introduced.2. To brief introduce the Pro/E software which application in the field of engineering, the 3D modeling is used by Pro/E software, which is built and interferential test of assembly in Pro/E environment is completed.3. The simulated motion in Pro/E environment is completed, and the capability curve is reached.4.
