1786_汽車觀后鏡刮水及清洗系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),汽車,觀后鏡刮水,清洗,系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 1汽車觀后鏡刮水及清洗系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名：肖俊 班級(jí)：0781051指導(dǎo)老師：賀紅林摘要:安全是人類生存的基本要求，作為主動(dòng)安全裝置的后視鏡是駕駛員間接視野的主要特征。本設(shè)計(jì)首先對(duì)后視鏡的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及研究狀況進(jìn)行了介紹；針對(duì)目前觀后鏡在雨天雨水及時(shí)常有灰塵附于上視野變差的問題，提出了具有刮水及清洗系統(tǒng)的后視鏡總體布置設(shè)計(jì)的思路；對(duì)后視鏡刮水傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)及清洗系統(tǒng)作了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)，完成了相應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過程；并對(duì)刮水及清洗系統(tǒng)控制電路了進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。所設(shè)計(jì)的后視鏡系統(tǒng)可以在下雨天間隙清除鏡面上附著的雨水，在鏡面上附著塵土?xí)r根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行清洗，實(shí)現(xiàn)后視鏡良好視野。關(guān)鍵詞：后視鏡 刮水裝置 清洗系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)老師簽名：畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 2The design of Rear view mirror wiper and washing systemStudent name: Xiao Jun Class: 0781051Supervisor: He HonglinAbstract：Security is the basic requirements of human existence, as an active safety device， the Rear view mirror is the driver's main features of indirect vision. At first,the article introduces the structure and the research status of the Rear view mirror；Against the deterioration of vision problem when the Rear view mirror used in rain day or dust on it ,the rearview mirror general design ideas of a cleaning system with wiper are been Proposed . and the transmission of the rear-view mirror wiper cleaning system detailed design, completion of the corresponding mechanism design calculation process, and the wiper and washing system control circuit has been designed.
