支板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)題目為復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了典型復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)的要求，內(nèi)容與方向。通過對該零件的模具設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了我對沖裁模的基礎(chǔ)知識，為以后接觸更復(fù)雜的模具奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了沖裁工藝與模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識，首先了解了支件所用的材料及生產(chǎn)批量；再次分析支件的形狀及所要達(dá)到的精度要求，確定生產(chǎn)工藝方案及模具的結(jié)構(gòu)類型；計(jì)算確定模具設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，及卸料與推薦裝置的設(shè)置；最終制定模具的加工工藝規(guī)程及模具的裝配、調(diào)試過程。關(guān)鍵詞: 沖裁復(fù)合模 推薦塊 卸料板 Support plate stamping process and die design Abstract： The design for the complex subject of mold design, mold compound typical design, content and direction.
