摘 要
變速器是汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，它的性能直接影響到汽車(chē)的動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性，因此變速器的設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)系到汽車(chē)整體使用性能的重要總成設(shè)計(jì)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要研究了中間軸式五擋手動(dòng)變速器，主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括變速器傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)方案的選擇分析；變速器主要參數(shù)的計(jì)算；變速器操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)；變速器傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的計(jì)算及其校核；變速器軸承的選擇計(jì)算及校核；同步器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及選用；變速器箱體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。最后，經(jīng)過(guò)整體的計(jì)算、分析與校核，設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)性能合理、符合技術(shù)要求的變速器。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is an important part of automobile transmission, which directly affects the performance of vehicle dynamics and fuel economy, so the design of transmission is related to the overall performance of major vehicle assembly design.
The design of the main shaft of the middle five-speed manual transmission, the main design elements include the choice of transmission of transmission programs; transmission main parameters of the calculation; transmission control mechanism design; transmission, calculation and check of drive mechanism; transmission bearing The choice of calculation and checking; synchronizer design calculation and selection; transmission box structure design. Finally, after the whole calculation, analysis and verification, the performance and structure of the transmission is reasonable, meeting the technical requirements of transmission.
