塑料肥皂盒注塑模的CADCAM,塑料,肥皂盒,注塑,cadcam 南昌航空大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 肥皂盒注塑膜的設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名： 徐丁昌 班級(jí)： 0781052 指導(dǎo)老師： 姚坤弟 摘要；模具作為提高生產(chǎn)率，減少材料和消耗，降低產(chǎn)品成本，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段，已越來越受到各工業(yè)部門的重視。隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)不斷向前發(fā)展。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，模具工業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所發(fā)揮的作用越來越明顯，模具水平的高低直接影響產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率。 本次畢設(shè)是完成肥皂盒注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，肥皂盒在我們的生活中非常的普遍，幾乎每家都要用到。市場(chǎng)上也有各種各樣的肥皂盒，形狀各異，有些是把肥皂盒做成水果造型，有些是動(dòng)植物造型，來吸引顧客的目光，以引發(fā)人們的購(gòu)買欲。此次設(shè)計(jì)的肥皂盒的結(jié)構(gòu)較簡(jiǎn)單，但在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮其應(yīng)用,還相應(yīng)的做了些曲面,所以曲面結(jié)構(gòu)較多,計(jì)算也就較多.在生活中,我們把肥皂放在盒上的時(shí)候，常常會(huì)因肥皂盒內(nèi)積水而使肥皂軟化掉，這樣就會(huì)降低肥皂的使用壽命。也有些肥皂盒在下蓋底部打孔，使水容易流出。 在設(shè)計(jì)過程中需要確定該塑件的注塑成型方案并進(jìn)行了注射模設(shè)計(jì)方面的相關(guān)計(jì)算，并用mastercam對(duì)零件進(jìn)行造型和生成數(shù)控加工程序并進(jìn)行仿真加工。本次設(shè)計(jì)是依靠書本上的理論和實(shí)踐的綜合性設(shè)計(jì)。這就需要大量書籍和老師的指導(dǎo)與理論的結(jié)合使得設(shè)計(jì)日趨完善。PROE是現(xiàn)在常用的一種軟件，使用它可以進(jìn)行造型和數(shù)控程序的生成。 關(guān)鍵詞：注塑模 實(shí)體造型 數(shù)控仿真加工 MASTERCAM 指導(dǎo)老師簽名： The design of injection mold soapbox Student name：zhang jia hao class：050314 Supervisor：yao kun di Abstract；Die as a means to increase productivity, reduce consumption of materials and to reduce product cost, improve product quality and market competitiveness of an important means to have more and more attention to the industrial sector.
