本設(shè)計(jì)針對汽車填料箱蓋襯套的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)特點(diǎn),綜述了制造技術(shù)及其裝備的主要問題,重點(diǎn)分析介紹工藝流程、工藝基準(zhǔn)的關(guān)鍵作用,變形對加工精度的影響,檢測技術(shù)配套及填料箱蓋襯套的工作環(huán)境和受力情況等關(guān)鍵問題的設(shè)計(jì)說明。
