汽車(chē)空調(diào)拔叉注射模擬及其模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
塑料在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及人們?nèi)粘I钪械膽?yīng)用越來(lái)越普遍。其中,塑件在汽車(chē)制造中也有廣泛的應(yīng)用,因此,研究注射模具對(duì)塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量均有重要意義。
本文介紹了注射成型的基本原理,以汽車(chē)空調(diào)拔叉塑件為對(duì)象研究了單分型面注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,對(duì)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性進(jìn)行了分析,設(shè)計(jì)了模具及模具工作零件,重點(diǎn)介紹了冷流道注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)和頂出系統(tǒng),以汽車(chē)空調(diào)拔叉塑件的成型工藝對(duì)模具推出機(jī)構(gòu)、抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。選擇了注塑機(jī)和塑件的尺寸公差、精度,對(duì)模具及模具工作零件進(jìn)行了校核。校驗(yàn)合格后,可進(jìn)行塑件加工工藝規(guī)程的編制,以充分保證塑件的質(zhì)量。
經(jīng)試模后,該塑件便可投入生產(chǎn),具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

This article describes the basic principles of injection molding.Fork plastic parts to automotive air conditioning for the object to study the structure and working principle of a single injection mold parting surface,The plastic parts of the structure and technology analysis,design of the mold and mold parts,Focuses on a cold runner injection mold gating system, cooling system, ejection system,Automotive air conditioning pull the fork plastic molding process to mold launch of the agency, the pulling mechanism design.Selected injection molding machine and plastic parts of the dimensional tolerances, precision,Check mold and mold parts.Checksum qualified for the preparation of the plastic parts process planning, in order to fully guarantee the quality of the plastic parts.
After the test mode, the plastic parts can be put into production, has a good economy.
